WHS Class of 1981 40th Reunion and Class Page 

Hi there WHS 1981 classmates!  This is Tracy Emerton Williams, voted class organizer when we were seniors in 1981 and its time I lived up to your expectations :)

I am recruiting other 1981 class graduates to help in the organizing of our 40th reunion!  

I've already got a commitment from some of you but it's time to get the party planning started.  I am thinking we will need someone to lead the following subteams:

1. Classmate Directory - location, identification and data entry - I nominate Sue Brooks cuz she rocks this role already for the alumni association.

2. Classmate Communications and Outreach - I'd love this one, unless someone else likes being on the phone and email as much as I do? I'll need social media experts, postcard designers, reunion memorabilia gurus (I definitely want a T-Shirt out of this event! I'm also planning on having a remote participation option via Zoom or some other tool - just in case classmates are too far away to make it in person or we are still dealing with pandemic issues next summer/fall.

For this group I'd like a representative from the 4 towns, North Hampton, Hampton, Hampton Falls & Seabrook - nothing like townie to stir up participants!

3. Reunion Events - What variety of events should be included?  What are good locations? Events scheduling - when should we have them ? 

4. Classmate Memorial  - we should create a special tribute to those classmate who we have lost and maybe teachers who we remember fondly - 

5. Class of 1981 Gift - would love to raise some money to gift WHS with something from our class?  This would mean so much to the school - maybe something for the alumni scholarship fund? 

Anything I am missing?
